Job duties:
Supervise and oversee the complete assembly process to ensure that all products are built efficiently, accurately, and in strict accordance with quality standards. Coordinate, monitor, and adjust the daily assignment activities of assembly teams to guarantee tasks are completed proficiently while providing ongoing training to improve staff skills and efficiency. Inspect manufacturing materials and production equipment regularly to detect, report, and address any functional malfunctions. Drive team operations to ensure critical production targets are consistently met or exceeded according to the master schedule. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve shop floor issues quickly to minimize costly operational downtime and workflow disruptions.
Requirements include:
Required professional experience in production or manufacturing processes, backed by strong leadership qualities. Demonstrated experience in supervising, coaching, and managing manufacturing staff or team members. Ability to accurately read, interpret, and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering schematics. Comprehensive knowledge of production tools and equipment, alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills. Capability to work stationary for long periods of time, perform repetitive tasks, and strictly implement safety policies to prevent accidents and injuries. Benefits of working with
