As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting daily operations, managing a production team, and ensuring safety standards are maintained. You will work closely with the management team to drive performance, improve processes, and uphold high-quality standards. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for those passionate about guiding teams and fostering a culture of safety and excellence. What You'll Do As a Weekend Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for: Supervising and coordinating the activities of a production team during the third shift, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and inspecting work to maintain production quality and meet deadlines. Prioritizing workloads and allocating resources effectively to achieve daily production goals. Communicating regularly with team members, peers, and other departments to ensure alignment and issue resolution. Enforcing safety, ergonomic, security, and environmental standards to maintain a compliant workplace. Hiring, training, and evaluating team members to support team development and performance. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions to enhance productivity. Reporting operational issues, progress, and safety concerns to upper management promptly. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident to be considered. A high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or related work experience preferred. 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety standards. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of 10+ employees. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Poland, ME, and offers Friday through Sunday shifts from 5:00am to 6:00pm
