2nd Shift Production Supervisor
- 4-Day Work Week at a
Global Manufacturer Pay Rate:
$27- 36/hour + shift differential
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 5:00 PM- 3:30

Temp-to-Hire We are hiring an experienced 2nd Shift Production Supervisor for our client , a well-established global manufacturer in the Poland, Maine area. This position offers competitive pay and is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with long-term potential. This is a hands-on supervisory role ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams on the production floor while driving efficiency and safety. - Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies
- Monitor production processes to ensure safe, efficient operations and identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate and assign tasks to production staff, ensuring proper training and coverage
- Oversee daily line operations and directly supervise production employees

- 2-5 years of experience as a manufacturing or production supervisor
- Direct oversight experience of 10+ employees
