  • $70,000-$100,000+ Depending on Experience
  • Schedule:
  • Day Shift | Monday-Friday

  • Typical Daily Duties:
  • + Lead, coach, and develop technical and skilled trades teams + Support daily operations with a focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement + Conduct employee training, performance reviews, and workforce development activities + Coordinate scheduling, workflow, resources, and operational priorities + Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and new initiatives + Assist with reporting, budgeting, project activities, audits, and operational planning •
Skills & Experience We Are Seeking:
  • + Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical/manufacturing experience + 5+ years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience + Background in a technical, industrial, engineering, skilled trades, or manufacturing environment + Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills + Experience with Lean, continuous improvement, quality systems, or operational excellence initiatives preferred + Ability to work in both office and production environments, including occasional lifting up to 50 pounds •
