Typical Daily Duties:
Lead, coach, and develop technical and skilled trades teams Support daily operations with a focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement Conduct employee training, performance reviews, and workforce development activities Coordinate scheduling, workflow, resources, and operational priorities Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and new initiatives Assist with reporting, budgeting, project activities, audits, and operational planning
Skills & Experience We Are Seeking:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical/manufacturing experience 5+ years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience Background in a technical, industrial, engineering, skilled trades, or manufacturing environment Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills Experience with Lean, continuous improvement, quality systems, or operational excellence initiatives preferred Ability to work in both office and production environments, including occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
