Job Description

  • Accountable for upholding Ervin Policies, Safety, Quality, Environmental and Production Standards.
  • Supervision and scheduling of hourly employees.
  • Maintain equipment to meet efficiency goals.
  • Training of hourly employees.
  • Assist with all record keeping requirements.
  • Maintain supply inventories.
  • Organize equipment and employees to meet departmental goals.
