Job Description
Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Group Leader 3 to join their team. As a Group Leader 3, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting production and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Bay City, MI What's the Job? Manage and optimize the use of personnel, materials, and equipment to meet production goals. Participate in training, developing, and evaluating team members to foster a high-performance environment. Lead Global Manufacturing Systems (GMS) processes and support launch and pilot activities in assigned areas. Ensure production costs, schedules, and quality standards are consistently met or exceeded. Promote safe work practices, ergonomics, health, safety, and housekeeping standards across the team. What's Needed? Experience in manufacturing or production environments, ideally 0-2 years for entry-level or more for advanced roles. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and synchronous principles. Ability to motivate, train, and develop team members effectively. What's in it for me?
