Job Description

Founded in 1986, CS Manufacturing, is a full service injection molder offering total program management capabilities. Our 177,000 square foot manufacturing facility has been designed to provide a world class work environment that features highly automated, flexible work centers, on-line and off-line assembly cells, quality lab, training center, warehouse, bulk material silos and underground utilities.

Responsibilities :
Plan and manage the day to day allocation of resources; people, materials, equipment, and systems to efficiently achieve performance goals Create and maintain a safe and positive work environment Mentor, motivate and develop team members Understand and facilitate the internal and external regulations, procedures and policies Regulate the production of high quality products, housekeeping and safety standards Ensure the development and implementation of action plans to address root causes of failures and support continuous improvement initiatives Utilize and model our beliefs in the execution of daily work activities and decision making Inspect all materials and equipment to defect malfunctions Key Measurables Utilization of time and resources Scrap rates Efficient use of capital System audits Qualifications/ Requirements 5 years of plastic processing/supervisor experience Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of workforce Time management, delegation and organizational skills Team building skills
