Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the tooling department, ensuring availability and readiness of all tools and fixtures. Oversee tool design, repair, rework, and preventive maintenance programs. Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to troubleshoot tooling issues. Implement continuous improvement initiatives for tooling performance and cost savings. Manage tooling inventory, budgets, and vendor relationships. Train and mentor team members to achieve production and quality goals. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in tooling, machining, or manufacturing leadership. Strong knowledge of tooling design, repair, and maintenance processes. Hands-on experience with CNC machines and precision measurement tools. Proven leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred, not required). Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $85,000 - $95,000 depending on experience.
