Job Description

TecNiq Inc. is a high-growth manufacturer of vehicle LED lighting, producing hundreds of thousands of lamps each month. As part of our continued expansion, we are launching a world-class surface mount PCB production line to bring more component manufacturing in-house here in the U.S. Engineer-owned and operated, TecNiq is built on technical excellence, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency. We are focused on optimizing processes, eliminating waste, and outperforming the competition through disciplined execution and innovation. About the Role - Electronic Assembly Supervisor This is not a role for someone seeking a routine, day-to-day job. As the Electronic Assembly Supervisor, you will lead from the front—driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for building a high-performing team, maintaining a clean and organized operation, and ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and at the highest level of quality. We are looking for a hands-on leader who sets the pace, has a desire to run PCB production better than the competitors in a clean environment, solves problems in real time, and pushes both people and processes to improve every day. Requirements:
Understanding of costs, blueprints, materials, operation and maintenance related to PCB assembly are needed. Communicate well with management and sales. Strong computer skills. Ability and desire optimize process. Understanding of 3D SPI, AOI and how they are intended to be used. Learn or understand how to program all equipment. Recommend and hire or train other technicians to participate in day-to-day manufacturing. Identify and resolve manufacturing problems. Understand the entire production process and make suggestions and improvements. Basic understanding of IPC assembly criteria. Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a science related field 3-7 years' experience in related role. Knowledge of electrical components is required. Knowledge of all basic machines P&P, Printer, Ovens, SPI, AOI etc.
