• Immediate Opening We are a small, independently owned heavy-duty diesel repair facility looking for the right person to lead our operation and grow with us long term.

What You'll Be Doing This is a hands-on leadership position. The Shop Manager will oversee the entire daily operation of the shop with support and oversight from the owner.

Responsibilities include:

Managing all shop operations from start to finish Leading and supervising technicians and staff Scheduling and workflow coordination Diagnosing and repairing heavy-duty diesel equipment Managing repairs, maintenance, and breakdown services Communicating with customers and fleet accounts Ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and correctly Overseeing paperwork, estimates, invoicing, and job tracking Maintaining a clean, organized, and productive shop environment Supporting both in-shop and onsite service operations Equipment We Service Semi trucks Trailers Fleet equipment Preventative maintenance programs Road breakdown repairs Onsite fleet maintenance and repairs What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for future company partnership or ownership Company service truck provided Standard benefits package Company profit-sharing bonuses when goals are met Clean, organized shop with updated equipment Established corporate fleet accounts Stable year-round workload A workplace where your leadership and ideas matter What We're Looking For Heavy-duty diesel repair experience Leadership and shop management experience preferred Strong work ethic and accountability Ability to manage technicians and daily operations Organized and self-motivated Excellent communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction Interested?
