Oversee daily production activities, prioritize tasks, and address production issues related to machinery and processes. Essential Functions Assign and oversee production tasks:Assign and oversee production tasks, ensuring clear understanding of work instructions, quality standards, and production targets. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards:

Implement continuous improvement and innovation:
Champion and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as leveraging lean tools, to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.Manage team resources and budget:
Manage team resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize production efficiency and control costs. Monitor production performance and provide feedback: Encourage Monitor production performance, track progress against goals, and identify areas for improvement. Supervise a team of manufacturing members:Provide day-to-day supervision, guidance, and support to a team of manufacturing members, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation. Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment. Performs other duties within scope as assigned.
Required Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant field of studyEducation Equivalency:
Associate's Degree plus 2 years related experience OR 4 years related experience if no post-secondary educationWork Experience:
3 years related experienceSupervisory Experience:

Supervisory or other leadership experience•Examples of "other leadership experience" may include any of the following: Holding a Team Lead position in Operations; Serving as a project lead where the project had a sizeable business impact and involved guiding a cross-functional team to results, typically in a similar industry; Taking on a leadership role in a Member Resource Group (MRG) or other work-related committee requiring leadership skills; Leading a large-scale change where change management expertise was required; Creating and implementing a multi-year strategic plan; Completing a Haworth leadership development program, including our Aspiring Leader Program (ALP); Completing Haworth Management System (HMS) champion project(s); Mentoring interns.
