You'll partner with the Line Supervisor to guide production workers and keep our food packaging operations running smoothly. Picture This A sealing unit hiccups mid-run. You quickly coordinate rework, update the schedule, and capture the quality data needed—while keeping the team focused and the line sanitary and safe. That's a typical win in this role. What You'll Do Coach and train teammates to uphold company standards and deliver consistent results. Manage the production schedule to hit targets and deadlines. Set up, run, and tend packaging equipment for food products; organize rework when malfunctions appear. Clean and sterilize equipment and processing areas to maintain strict hygiene. Keep inventory management software current for accurate material counts and availability. Record production data during quality checks to verify standards are met. Gather information through observation, data entry, and database management to drive decisions. Champion safety, quality, and regulatory compliance at every stage.
