A Production Plant Foreman works with the Plant Manager or Supervisor in scheduling the activities of the employees and team leaders. Meets regularly with the team leaders to communicate anticipated production sequences, to discuss potential production problems, and to provide opportunity for input on improvement of work processes and work flow. Assist in assuring quality and safety of production procedures.

Train and coach employees Manage the production schedule Set up, operate, and tend to equipment that packages food products and processing any rework that may result from equipment malfunctioning Clean and sterilize equipment and factory processing areas Inventory management software maintenance Record production data during quality checks Observing, receiving, scanning, data base entries and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sourcesRequired Qualifications:
