What You'll Do… Supervise a team that produces manufactured products, and organize workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements Create and preserve good working connections with hourly team members, union, and management teams. Communicate effectively with hourly team members, leaders, business partners and customers Create a safety culture and apply and implement workplace policies Administer the CBA (collective bargaining agreement) consistently and effectively Evaluate team member performance and encourage continuous improvement Communicate goals and leverage resources to solve problems You'll Have…. This position is a salary grade 6 and ranges from $74,300-$124,500. This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600-$144,900. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
