Quality Assurance Foreman Full-Time Quality Assurance Foreman We are seeking hard working individuals for our landscape construction team in a full-time capacity as a Quality Assurance Foreman. Utilize your experience and knowledge to assist in ensuring the quality and satisfaction of an established Landscape Construction company.

Quality Assurance Foreman Job Responsibilities:

Manage the replacement/repair of plants, edging and mulch, lawns, irrigation and drainage Manage the repair and maintenance of hardscape structures (brick pavers, natural stone walls, etc…) Conduct routine fertilization for new and established lawns Instruct and enforce jobsite safety, safety rules and regulations Effectively manage crew members to achieve maximum efficiency through teaching and training Engage in positive interactions with customers and homeowners Operate and maintain all equipment ( trucks, trailers, hand tools, etc…) Effectively communicate with Supervisors and other team members Ability to effectively and efficiently assess and solve a variety of landscape related issues

Quality Assurance Foreman Job Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in landscape construction industry Valid driver's license with Chauffeur endorsement (Required) Reliable Transportation Ability to obtain CDL-A Able to lift 50 lbs or more Willingness to learn, improve and advance while working safely and being smart. Have a positive attitude and works well within a team environment
