Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations and ensure the seamless flow of production processes. In this role, you will oversee daily factory activities, coordinate assembly line operations, and manage a team of skilled workers. Your leadership will drive efficiency, uphold safety standards, and maintain high-quality output in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Duties Supervise daily manufacturing operations on the production floor, ensuring production targets are achieved efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards. Coordinate and oversee assembly line activities to maintain a smooth workflow and ensure timely completion of production schedules. Lead, coach, and motivate team members to consistently follow safety protocols and meet quality expectations. Partner with Quality teams to identify production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Lead and sustain 5S and visual management practices to promote an organized and efficient work environment. Ensure full compliance with all plant processes, procedures, and systems. Prepare, document, and lead monthly plant performance reviews, including metrics related to cost, quality, production, and safety. Skills Proven experience supervising operations in a factory or manufacturing environment. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively motivate, coach, and manage a diverse workforce Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate production schedules and support inventory management Solid knowledge of safety regulations in manufacturing and warehouse environments, with a commitment to enforcing a strong safety culture Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced production environment Experience ensuring compliance with company processes, procedures, and operational systems Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments and all levels of the organization; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required Experience tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, quality, cost, and safety
