Production Supervisor

Daily supervision of 10-30 people with hands-on production direction. Assure all products are processed to the Company requirements for quality and productivity. Manage workflow, maintain schedules, monitor job performance, resolve problems and motivate associates to ensure high standards of quality and productivity. Directly supervise, coach and mentor employees. Responsible for making sure proper production levels are met, per production schedule. Responsible for directing the shop floor activities from the beginning to end of shift. Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the plant floor and office areas. Ensure proper handling of nonconforming parts and their disposition. Manage workflow, maintain schedules, monitor job performance, and resolve problems. Interface with Sales/Quality/Laboratory Staff. Communicate information to appropriate management/personnel in a timely matter for problem solving and improvement. Maintain all required logs and reporting documents Responsible for training, directing and evaluating direct personnel. Responsible for motivating and mentoring personnel in a positive and effective manner. Follow general safety rules, procedures and regulations.

Work/Education Required:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Supervisor Position Metal Finishing experience a plus High School Diploma or equivalent Must be computer literate with ability to create, maintain and modify documents in Word, Excel and Power Point. Mechanical Skills beneficial Must be willing to work multiple shifts/flexible Must be able to read, write and speak English Candidates would be required to take:
