Production Supervisor Brainerd, MN Salary:

What Is Expected:

Lead and supervise pressroom operations to meet production, quality, and delivery goals. Manage and support production staff, including scheduling and performance oversight. Monitor workflow, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements. Partner with maintenance and operations teams to minimize downtime. Analyze production data to improve productivity and reduce waste. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Communicate regularly with leadership on performance, staffing, and operational needs.
