Job Title:

Cutter Operator Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cutter Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating a zund cutter, ensuring the efficient flow of products from packaging to shipping. You will be instrumental in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our production processes. Responsibilities Set up and operate cutting machine. Load materials such as paper, card stock, and cardboard into the machine. Ensure the smooth flow of products from packaging to shipping. Organize and improve the quality and efficiency of production tasks. Assist in setting up and tearing down jobs to ensure timely product dispatch. Essential Skills Experience with cutting and operating similar machinery. Strong organizational skills. Ability to enhance quality and efficiency in production processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications Preferred 1+ year of production/machine operation or leadership experience. Strong communication skills. Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chanhassen, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
