We need a leader! This is a "hands on" role for someone experienced with the plastic injection mold process that can lead our 2nd shift team.

General Responsibilities include:

Performing press start-ups Trouble shoot/correct problems with presses Maintain data records and training in Epicor. Assist with product flow and quality checks Work closely with production planning to establish production schedules to ensure on-time delivery to the customer. Direct and supervise production workers Ability and willingness to learn other positions to be "backup" during vacancies or vacations (full job description on request)

•This role requires frequent movement, standing, bending & twisting throughout the shift. Team members may occasionally lift up to 50 lbs

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Minimum 3 years hands on experience working in the plastic injection molding industry. Knows the injection molding process. Requires resourcefulness, ability to trouble shoot presses and a willingness to learn and adhere to our company policies, practices, and procedures. Supervisory and/or people management experience
