General Responsibilities include:
Performing press start-ups Trouble shoot/correct problems with presses Maintain data records and training in Epicor. Assist with product flow and quality checks Work closely with production planning to establish production schedules to ensure on-time delivery to the customer. Direct and supervise production workers Ability and willingness to learn other positions to be "backup" during vacancies or vacations (full job description on request)- This role requires frequent movement, standing, bending & twisting throughout the shift.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum 2 years hands on experience working in the plastic injection molding industry. Knows the injection molding process. Requires resourcefulness, ability to trouble shoot presses and a willingness to learn and adhere to our company policies, practices, and procedures.
