Production Supervisor/Processing-Plastic Injection Molding - 2nd shift- 4 -10s

This is a "hands on" role for someone experienced with the injection mold process. • General Responsibilities include: Work with the qualification of molds, mold revisions and prototype molds on first and subsequent tryouts until mold has been deemed production ready. Performing press start-ups Trouble shoot/correct problems with presses Maintain data records and training in Epicor. Assist with product flow and quality checks Work closely with production planning to establish production schedules to ensure on-time delivery to the customer. Direct and supervise production workers Ability and willingness to learn other positions to be "backup" during vacancies or vacations (full job description on request)

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Minimum 2 years hands on experience working in the plastic injection molding industry. Knows the injection molding process. Requires resourcefulness, ability to trouble shoot presses and a willingness to learn and adhere to our company policies, practices, and procedures. Supervisory and/or people management experience
