Job Description

Summary:
Organize and manage daily operations of the production team to achieve on time delivery of quality ZBM products. Oversee employee performance, analyze productivity reports. Analyze production schedule and assign duties as required. Counsel direct reports on behavior, performance, and attendance. Essential Duties/Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Manage daily operations of the production team to achieve on time delivery of quality ZBM products. Analyze production schedule and assign duties as required to meet quality, and on time delivery expectations. Counsel direct reports on behavior, performance, and attendance. Ensure new hires are trained to ZBM expectations. Coordinate product flow from departments. Complete required paperwork. Ensure all units are inspected by Quality Control. Maintain company expectations concerning productivity, quality and attendance. Improve working conditions (safety, quality, productivity, cost), increase skill & capability of employees. •Please note - this position does not offer relocation assistance.
