What You'll Do as a 2nd

Shift Production Lead:

Lead production operations across batching, filling, HPP, and packaging during the 2nd shiftSupervise and support a production team of up to 30 employees while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are achievedMonitor production flow, staffing, equipment performance, and operational metrics to meet production targetsResolve routine production issues independently and coordinate with on-call Maintenance, QA, or Plant Leadership when escalation is neededCoach, train, and develop team members while fostering a positive, accountable workplace culture What You Need to Bring to the 2nd

Shift Production Lead Role:
