Compensation & Perks Earn up to $80,000-$85,000 total in your first year , depending on experience Relocation assistance covered Excellent benefits Stable, growing food manufacturing company producing high‑demand RTE/RTC products What You'll Do Lead and supervise 30+ hourly employees on the night shift, working 4 PM to 2 AM Ensure daily production goals are met safely and efficiently Enforce safety procedures and compliance with state and federal regulations Guarantee that USDA and customer specifications are consistently achieved Ensure sanitation standards are met across all production areas Follow QA guidelines to deliver high‑quality finished products Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and optimize resources Report directly to the Shift Superintendent What You Bring High School Diploma/GED required (Associate or Bachelor's Degree a plus) 3+ years in a USDA processing facility (further processing or RTE experience strongly preferred) 2+ years as a Production Supervisor or 4+ years as a Production Lead USDA experience required HACCP experience required (Certification a plus) Union experience is a plus Why This Role?
