Job Description

Client of Impart Consulting | Minnesota A client of Impart Consulting is seeking an experienced Production Roofing Foreman to lead, train, and work alongside commercial roofing crews. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in developing people, maintaining high safety standards, and delivering quality work. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact crew performance, jobsite culture, safety, and project success while helping develop the next generation of roofing professionals. What You'll Do Lead and train commercial roofing crews on active job sites Oversee tear-offs, installations, repairs, and daily roofing operations Train crew members on commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, hot tar, cold process, and torch-down systems Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards Conduct daily jobsite coordination and serve as the primary field leader for the crew Train and mentor employees on safety procedures, workmanship, and productivity expectations Participate in safety meetings, manufacturer training, and ongoing development programs Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites What Success Looks Like Crews operating safely and efficiently High-quality installations completed on time Strong communication between field teams and leadership Employees developing their skills and advancing within the company Consistent adherence to safety standards and company procedures A positive, accountable, and productive team culture Ideal Background Commercial roofing leadership experience Experience leading, training, and developing crews Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, and BUR Experience with hot tar, kettle operations, and hot-work safety procedures preferred Ability to read and interpret work-related documents and project requirements Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Garland certifications and training are a plus The company actively welcomes veteran applicants and values the leadership, accountability, and mission-focused mindset they bring to the team.
