This is a direct hire role focused on leading a team to achieve excellence in safety, quality, and productivity. As a supervisor, you will be the driving force behind a high-performance culture, ensuring that equipment, people, and materials are managed effectively to meet demanding customer requirements.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary:
$74,100 to 92,600 (depending on experience).

Responsibilities:
Safety Leadership:
Act as a safety champion by enforcing EHS policies, conducting daily audits (GEMBAs), and investigating incidents to ensure a secure work environment.
Production Management:
Oversee daily production schedules to ensure goals are met. Monitor product conformance to specifications and troubleshoot equipment or material issues. ...
Team Development:
Supervise production employees, manage performance reviews, and foster a "teamwork" environment. You will lead two-way dialogue to motivate staff and support career growth.
Operational Excellence:
Analyze production data using SAP and performance dashboards. Identify areas for improved efficiency and champion continuous improvement projects.
Administrative Oversight:
Manage employee timecards, time-off requests, and training compliance to ensure accurate payroll and adequate shift coverage.
Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Software:
Previous experience using SAP or similar production reporting systems.
Process Knowledge:
Experience specifically within tooling, maintenance, or quality control departments.
Continuous Improvement:
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or production supervision (OR a Bachelor???s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience).
Environment:
Proven experience working within a manufacturing plant environment.
Technical Skills:
Computer proficiency is required, specifically with MS Office Suite.
Leadership:
Ability to handle conflict, make effective decisions under pressure, and enforce company policies in a consistent and fair manner.
