Supervise, mentor, and motivate production operators, technicians, and assembly workersEnsure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and efficiency standardsMonitor product quality and conduct inspections and audits of finished productsAddress production issues and implement corrective actions to maintain quality requirementsEnforce workplace safety policies, procedures, and training requirementsCoordinate daily production activities and support continuous improvement initiativesLead and support teams in a fast-paced HVAC manufacturing environmentWhat You Need to Bring to the
