Production Associate | Day & Night Shifts Viracon is continuously hiring Entry Level Production Associates in Owatonna, MN!

Pay Range:

$18.95 to $20.80 per hour We are hiring for both Day Shift and Night Shift positions . Specific shift hours and available openings will be discussed during the interview process. What You'll Do As a Production Associate, you will support our manufacturing operations by: Setting up and maintaining workstations Loading and unloading materials Cutting and assembling glass products Inspecting products for quality Following safety and production procedures Working as part of a team to keep production running safely and efficiently What We're Looking For This is an entry level position , and previous manufacturing experience is not required. We are looking for candidates who: Are dependable and have a strong attendance record Can follow instructions and safety procedures Are comfortable working in a fast paced manufacturing environment Can stand for extended periods Can safely lift 50 to 60 lbs on a regular basis Are willing to learn new skills and work as part of a team Hiring Criteria To be considered for direct hire, candidates must meet at least one of the following: Minimum of 6 months of continuous employment with a single employer within the past 3 years. One year is preferred. Manufacturing experience is a plus. Completion of at least 6 months of college, technical, or vocational education within the past 12 months. Military service within the past 5 years with an honorable discharge. High school diploma or equivalent obtained within the past 12 months. Additional Requirements Must be able to pass a pre employment drug screening, including marijuana. Must be able to safely lift 50 to 60 lbs on a regular basis.
