  • At TelCom Construction, LLC, as a Equipment Foreman on our Telecom Construction team, you'll oversee crews, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. You'll also manage equipment and materials to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

  • What you'll do
  • + Lead crews to meet project timelines+ Safely operate and control assigned equipment+ Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed+ Oversee and help with training of crew members+ Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations+ Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork+ Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance+ Perform work in all weather conditions+ All other duties as assigned•What you'll need•+ To be 18 years of age or older+ Authorization to work in the United States for this company+ A valid driver's license+ High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred+ At least three years of related experience+ Previous Foreman experience preferred•Physical abilities & exposures•+ •Routinely•: work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds+ •Occasionally•: use ladder, keyboard and mouse•The wage range for Equipment Foreman Maple Grove is $30.
