Job Description

Overview Responsible for assisting the Production Manager in Fabrication, Assembly, and Shipping. This role will support the overall management of personnel in the production of precision exhaust, ventilation, and combustion air systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and knowledge of all manufacturing processes and equipment. Duties Assist in coordinating daily production activities to meet production schedules and quality standards. Responsible for the production of quality products that meet customer standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain management, quality control, and maintenance to ensure seamless operations. Lead all manufacturing related activities Monitor production performance metrics and supply chain analytics to identify areas for efficiency gains. Provide training to all department personnel related to quality, production, safety, and equipment operation Inventory tracking using Office 365 Experience 4 years proven experience in production management within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Degree in Engineering or Business Administration, or equivalent education and experience is preferred Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques, continuous improvement strategies, and process optimization. Hands-on mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment and methodologies Familiarity with quality control standards and practices within a manufacturing environment. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proven knowledge of ERP Systems for opening/closing jobs Salary based on qualifications and experience .
