Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and experienced Floor Supervisor for our store located in . This role is vital in overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities Supervise daily store activities, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service Lead and motivate team members, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory control Manage cashiering functions, including cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) system operation, and sales transactions Coordinate purchasing activities and assist with pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and store procedures Support hiring processes through interviewing and onboarding new employees Assist with marketing initiatives to promote store products and special promotions Maintain organized store environment through effective stocking and merchandising practices Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues promptly Qualifications Proven supervising or management experience within a retail environment Strong knowledge of retail sales, inventory management, and POS systems Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Demonstrated leadership with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment Experience with employee orientation, training & development, and scheduling Familiarity with retail math, budgeting, pricing strategies, and sales management principles Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic bookkeeping tasks Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in stock control and merchandising Strong interpersonal skills including phone etiquette and customer service excellence Proficiency in time management and multitasking within fast-paced settings Join our team as a Floor Supervisor to lead by example in delivering outstanding service while supporting your colleagues' growth.
