This Residential Construction Production Supervisor opportunity in Ballwin, MO combines on-site leadership, quality inspections, and hands-on coordination across active communities—plus a clear development path toward Project Management. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Residential Construction Production Supervisor position include: Minimum of 1 (one) year of supervisory experience; Construction or related industry experience and production experience are preferred. Organize construction activities, maintain schedules, and ensure projects meet company timelines and quality standards. Conduct jobsite inspections to enforce safety and craftsmanship expectations. Coordinate subcontractors, materials ordering, deliveries/returns, and cost control to keep builds on track and on budget. Schedule and attend government inspections; coordinate utility installations (gas, electric, water, sewer) and related services. Provide weekly homeowner communication throughout construction and warranty periods, including walkthroughs and warranty work within guidelines. Supervise and train Production Assistants, guiding daily field execution and maintaining clean, orderly communities. Secure homes at the end of each workday and participate in weekly production meetings.
Salary:
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
