In this role, you will oversee all aspects of our jobs, including equipment maintenance, material orders and Deck Builds. You will be responsible for training employees and ensuring they adhere to all safety regulations. The ideal candidate has a proven track record as a Foreman or a history of strong leadership. Responsibilities Ensure all employees follow safety regulations Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of all equipment Maintain adequate levels of inventory and reorder as needed Work alongside crew to build decks/Pergolas/Fences and other outdoor builds. Qualifications Previous experience as a Shop Foreman or similar position is preferred Deep understanding of work optimization methods Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong leadership and crisis management skills Knowledge of all relevant safety regulations
