We are committed to creating a positive work culture that fosters growth and development while ensuring the health and safety of our employees Job Description Under the guidance of the Plant General Manager, the Plant Processing Manager will supervise and coordinate the activities of workers in hourly production jobs engaged in the treatment and disposal of waste at the plant. They will ensure all production goals and permit obligations are met in compliance with RCRA regulations. Inbound + Perform periodic audits and review of inbound containers and provides feedback to appropriate management group. + Oversee inbound 10-day management processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements. + Oversee waste receiving processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements. + Oversee lab operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements. + Oversee waste acceptance processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements. Outbound + Oversee outbound shipping processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements. Plant Management + Develop and implement cost management plans, ensuring efficient and compliant operations.
