McClain Forest Products LLC, a trusted leader in kiln-dried hardwood lumber and flooring, is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in Koshkonong, MO. Position Overview We are seeking a Production Supervisor to play a key role in operations, focusing on production, safety, quality control, maintenance, and training. The ideal candidate is a hands on leader who can motivate employees, ensure compliance with regulations, and keep the flooring mill running efficiently.
