Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Production Lead Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will assist the Polybag Supervisor in the efficient operation of the Polybag department. Will be expected to observe and enforce company rules and policies while maintaining confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
Monitor production processes and ensure that they are running efficiently and safely. Maintain a safe working environment and ensure that all safety regulations are followed. Check on quality throughout the shift. Train and supervise staff to ensure that they are meeting production goals. Verify produced skids visually and record production on computer. Pass on vital information to the next shift, verbally or written. Must be willing to work Monday thru Friday on the 2nd shift 3 pm to 11 pm with some overtime on the weekends.

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
