Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Siding Installation Foreman to lead a team in delivering high-quality James Hardie siding projects in St. Louis and St Charles counties. Candidate must have James Hardie and vinyl siding installation experience, and ability to operate an aluminum brake.

Responsibilities Leadership & Crew Management:

Provide leadership to a James Hardie siding installation crew, fostering safety, teamwork, and discipline. Assign and allocate work based on crew members' skills and the project's needs. Conduct daily work planning, set production and quality goals, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Safety Oversight:

Enforce all safety regulations, conduct job-site audits, and adjust safety plans as conditions change.

Project Planning & Coordination:

Examine projects to plan jobs, sequence work, and coordinate with crew. Understand the scope of work, ensure tools and materials are available before starting jobs.

Quality Control:

Ensure installation meets specifications, plans, and customer requirements. Inspect and address any defects or issues on-site to minimize return trips.

Customer & Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as the point of contact between the crew and clients. Address customer concerns promptly and communicate project progress or issues.

Requirements:

Experience :

James Hardie and vinyl siding installation experience required. Must have the ability to operate an aluminum brake.

License:

Hold a valid driver's license.

Safety:

Must be able to climb ladders, carry heavy product, and use tools appropriately.

Location:

Be willing to commute within St. Charles and St. Louis counties.
