This is a full-time salaried role with an aggressive pay structure, running quality assurance, scheduling, and on-site operations across residential and commercial roofing projects. You will coordinate crews, meet insurance adjusters, and make sure every job finishes on time and to spec. Who You Are You take pride in clean job sites, on-time completions, and zero callbacks. You believe great production management is half organization and half presence on site. You love walking a job mid-install and knowing exactly what to look at to catch issues early. You are the kind of leader crews and subcontractors trust to make calls that hold up. You stay calm and methodical when an adjuster needs an answer or a project goes sideways. You bring at least five years of construction experience, three of them as a superintendent or production manager, plus reliable transportation. What You Will Do Each Day Visit active job sites to keep projects on track and address quality issues early. Meet insurance adjusters on site to evaluate damage and reach agreed resolutions. Evaluate projects using photos and diagrams to confirm materials and scope. Assist with pricing, ordering, and scheduling materials, tools, and equipment. Analyze job cost reports against estimates and flag accuracy issues. Why You Will Love Working Here Salaried full-time Production Manager role, year-round with no seasonal layoffs. Onsite position based in the St. Louis, MO area at an established company with a 30-year track record. Company truck, or a vehicle allowance of $500 to $650 per month plus a fuel card. Company phone, or a $75 per month stipend, plus a tablet or laptop for CRM and project management. Company-contributed medical premiums, with dental and vision available. 10 days PTO and 6 paid holidays in year one, increasing to 15 days PTO after two years.
