Tuesday-Friday | 5:30 AM-3:30 PM Overview We're seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor who puts people first. In this role, you'll lead a production team with a focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. You'll develop team members, support lean initiatives, and keep operations running smoothly. What You'll Do Lead and support team members in a safe, positive work environment Ensure daily focus on safety, quality, delivery, and housekeeping Train, cross-train, and develop employees Keep production flowing to meet schedules and ship dates Maintain accurate inventories, labor reporting, and timecards Identify resource needs (staffing, equipment, tooling) in advance Troubleshoot issues and reduce non-value-added waste Promote a team-focused, "whatever it takes" mindset What We're Looking For 1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience Strong computer skills (Excel, Outlook, and production systems) Ability to problem-solve and lead with accountability Experience with lean manufacturing preferred Dependable, flexible, and quality-focused leader Education High school diploma or GED preferred Some college coursework is a plus Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods Lift up to 25 lbs regularly; 50 lbs occasionally Use hands, reach, bend, kneel, and wear required PPE Steel toe boots and safety glasses required Additional Details This role has multiple direct reports Reasonable accommodations may be provided
