Apply Team Leader Greenwood, MS • Assembly Apply Description We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Manufacturing Team Leader to oversee daily operations on the production floor, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of production team members on the shop floor. Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards. Monitor workflow and allocate resources appropriately to meet daily schedules. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance their performance and development. Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner. Maintain accurate production records and reports. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce waste. Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations. Lead daily shift meetings to communicate goals, updates, and concerns to the team. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred. Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and quality standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and production schedules. Proficient in using basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems).
