Integrated Product Unit Manager In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. You will be mainly accountable for: Ensuring that production scheduling and production plan meet the volume requirements agreed upon in the demand plan and defined inventory service levels. Recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary. Identifying deficiencies in production area, proposing improvement activities, and overseeing implementation of actions to improve production performance. Managing the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams. Qualifications High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of experience in team supervision, skill‑matrix and attendance management in a fast‑paced manufacturing, production, or operations environment. Experience with semi‑automatic or electrical product production lines preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with a proven ability to guide teams, collaborate across all levels, make sound decisions under pressure, and adapt effectively in fast‑paced environments. Strong technical and analytical capability, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Lean Six Sigma/DMAIC for scrap reduction, solid troubleshooting of machines/testers, and a foundational understanding of manufacturing lines, process optimization, and output improvement.
