Job Description
We are adding to our growing team a Production Supervisor for one of our plants located in Shannon, MS. The Production Supervisor performs a wide range of operational task and managerial procedures on a daily basis. This position is responsible for numerous productions, inventory and personnel related duties. South Atlantic has an excellent training program and opportunity for growth and development. This position will train in Shannon for an extended time, but will be relocated within our SE region. Responsibilities Managing and leading a team of roughly 15 production employees Cross Training new employees Tracking material that are on site, both company stock and customer materials Inventory Control Qualifications Bachelor's degree in management, engineering, technology preferred or equivalent previous experience and/or training 5+ years previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced work environment Strong communication skills South Atlantic, LLC is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
