Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations with energy and precision. In this role, you will oversee daily production activities within a fast-paced manufacturing facility, ensuring that quality standards are met while maintaining safety and efficiency. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement on the assembly line, coordinate with team members, and uphold the highest standards of manufacturing excellence. Duties Supervise daily production activities on the assembly line, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules Coordinate with team members to assign tasks, monitor progress, and optimize productivity using hand tools and power tools Enforce safety protocols rigorously, including proper forklift operation and warehouse safety procedures Conduct mechanical inspections of equipment and machinery, troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime Oversee inventory management within the manufacturing facility, including warehouse organization and material handling Train new employees on assembly techniques, safety procedures, and proper use of hand tools and power tools Maintain detailed records of production metrics, safety incidents, and equipment maintenance logs Experience Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment with hands-on assembly line supervision Strong mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment and machinery Prior warehouse experience with familiarity in forklift operation and inventory control Skilled in using hand tools and power tools for assembly and maintenance tasks Demonstrated leadership ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively Knowledge of safety regulations related to manufacturing operations, including forklift safety protocols Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly and efficiently to keep production running smoothly
Pay:
$60,578.03 - $72,954.19 per year
