Job Summary The Crusher Foreman is responsible for overseeing the daily operation, maintenance, and safety of crushing plant equipment and personnel. This role ensures production targets are met while maintaining compliance with safety regulations, equipment specifications, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of crusher operators, laborers, and maintenance staff Monitor crushing, screening, and conveying equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation Schedule and assign daily tasks to crew members based on production goals Perform routine inspections of crushers, screens, conveyors, and related equipment Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues; coordinate repairs with maintenance team Ensure adequate feed material and manage stockpile levels Monitor product gradation and quality; adjust equipment settings as needed Enforce
