Responsibilities Supervise daily production activities, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently Enforce food safety standards in production food and maintianing health guidlines Coordinate with team members to meet production schedules while maintaining high-quality standards Monitor and lead production team and equipment, troubleshooting issues promptly to minimize downtime Maintain accurate production records, reports, and waste logs for continuous improvement initiatives Skills Knife skills Kitchen safety Attention to detail ability to work in fast paced environment Clear communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
