Job Description

Role Purpose The Value Stream Leader manages team leaders and operators to ensure efficient manufacturing activities across the plant. This includes production, materials, health & safety, quality control, and all steps along the value stream. The role is critical in driving operational excellence, team development, and alignment with the organization's broader strategy. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily operations and ensure compliance with established systems. Develop daily and weekly production plans, including resource allocation. Motivate and guide team members to achieve business goals. Identify and improve manufacturing processes and methods. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies. Support quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement. Manage work schedules, approve overtime, and allocate resources. Drive performance management and team development.
Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, planning, and quality teams. Requirements Bachelor's or Associate degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in automotive production or manufacturing operations. Experience in manufacturing companies, preferably within the automotive sector. Strong leadership, communication, prioritization, and sense of urgency.
