Job Description
As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Brady Corp, you will lead and oversee production operations within the ISC environment, ensuring efficient workflow, quality standards, and safety compliance to meet business objectives. You will work out of our Charlotte, NC location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact production efficiency, team performance, and product quality, contributing directly to the success and growth of the Product Solutions and Services business. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
Supervise daily production activities to ensure adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Lead, coach, and develop production team members to achieve operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement process enhancements.
