As a Production Supervisor, 2nd Shift, you will be an integral part of the Operations Department supporting the manufacturing and processing teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

$75,000 - $92,000 What's the Job? Organize and direct work on the processing floor to ensure production schedules are met efficiently and effectively. Ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards, and cleanliness protocols to protect consumer health and company reputation. Monitor quality checks and implement improvements to meet quality goals and reduce risks. Lead and support hourly associates in safety, risk management, and operational activities to foster a safe and productive work environment. Collaborate with management to develop training plans and support continuous process and product improvements. What's Needed? High School diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's or Associate's degree is preferred. Three to five years of related experience with progressive supervisory responsibilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with loud noise levels and refrigerated conditions. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
